Criminal Application (APPP) No.916/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet.

In view of the order dated 04.06.2021, the Investigating Officer was restrained from taking any coercive action against the petitioner till disposal of the application. Now, the investigation is complete and, therefore, the Investigating Officer wants to file the chargesheet. The offences which have been carved out are Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of the offences, the Investigating Officer is now permitted to file the chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. The copy of the charge-sheet be supplied to the applicant. 3.

Leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application, if advised in view of filing of the charge-sheet.

Such amendment, if any, be carried out on or before 09.07.2024 and the copy of the same be given to the other side in advance.
