By order dated 18-11-2019, the last chance to remove the office objections was granted. Despite this, the petitioner failed to remove the office objections. 3.

On 10-9-2024, the matter was listed before the Court. However, the same was adjourned to 12-9-2024 by way of last chance. While passing the said order, this Court clarified that no further adjournment will be granted. Despite the said fact, today, none appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
