In view of the order passed by this Court on 08.04.2024, the learned APP informs that the investigation is complete and the Investigating Officer seeks permission to file charge-sheet.

As per order dated 14.08.2020, this Court had allowed the Investigating Officer to continue the investigation, however, restrained him from filing the charge-sheet till further orders.

As the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicant within a period of one week thereafter.

After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant to carry out amendment to the application on or before 12.08.2024. Copy of the amended application and the copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record as well as be given to the other side in advance. 5.
