Present application is filed by respondent no.1-A to 1-G seeking direction to the Registry to deposit the amount of Rs.40,00,000/- as allowed by this Court on 8.4.2022, in the account of respondent no.1-B - Rajkumar s/o Karnu Khobragade.

The learned counsel for the respondents placed on record a copy of Power of Attorney dated 12.05.2022. The pursis and undertaking dated 20.04.2022 are also placed on record along with identity proof of claimants. In view thereof, application is allowed.

Registry is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rs. Forty Lakhs only) in the account of respondent no.1-B - Rajkumar s/o Karnu Khobragade, after due verification of Power of Attorney as well as other documents.

Respondent nos.1-A to 1-G to remain present before the Registry at the time of verification. Civil Application is disposed of.
