This writ petition is filed to challenge the order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner exercising revisional jurisdiction and the order passed by the District Judge rejecting the application filed by the petitioners praying for interim orders. It is submitted that the impugned order was passed on interlocutory application (Exh.No.16) which was filed in the proceedings under Section 72(1) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 (the "Act of 1950" for short) and now the proceedings under Section 72(1) of the Act of 1950 are decided and the order passed by the learned District Judge is challenged before this Court in appeal under Section 72(4) of the Act of 1950.

The learned advocates for the respective parties submit that in view of the subsequent event, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. It is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
