Shri H.V. Thakur, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, has filed on record an additional affidavit, in which it has been stated that since the year 2014, a lockout has been declared by the respondent no.3-Company and its activities have stopped. It has been further stated that the respondent no.3Company has not engaged Mathadi Workers after 13.05.2014. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with no order as to costs.
