The respondent Nos.1 to 4 have filed this application praying that the order passed by this Court on 13th January, 2015 be modified and the condition requiring the respondents to furnish solvent surety be relaxed. The order dated 13th January, 2015 is passed after hearing the Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. I do not see any reason to modify the order. The civil application is rejected.
