DATE : 26.02.2016 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Project Officer, dated 31.5.2003 cancelling the approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Hostel Superintendent.
Shri Sudame, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 states, on instructions, that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed as during the pendency of the writ petition, the approval was granted to the appointment of the petitioner as a Superintendent w.e.f. 1.7.2000. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
