Shri Anand Parchure, learned counsel for respondent No.4 seeks time to file reply. Similarly other learned counsel for the respondents also seek time in that regard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that further activities are being undertaken at the lake in question which is stated to be a wetland.

To consider this aspect, the respondents shall file their replies to enable the Court to proceed further in the matter. 6.
