DATED : 23.07.2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection for the withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection given by learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing a usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J).

On submitting the usual undertaking, the Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 50% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon to his bank account, within five weeks, on his furnishing the bank account details to the Registry. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
