Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, respondent nos. 3 to 5 have moved an application to the Wakf Tribunal, in which stay is granted to the impugned order, which is the subject matter of challenge in this petition. Petitioners, therefore, seek permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. However, their grievance is that, copy of the application moved by respondent nos. 3 to 5 before the Tribunal is not served upon them.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 to 5 makes a statement that the copy of the application would be made available to petitioners. 4.

In view of above, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. All the contentions raised in this petition, are kept open.
