DATED : 30th NOVEMBER 2021 Learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the issue involved in the present appeal is in relation to renewal of lease by the Municipal Council, Yavatmal. He further submits that during the pendency of this appeal, the Municipal Council, Yavatmal has renewed the lease in question, however, registration of the same remained to be carried out. However, in view of the fact that the lease has already been granted in favour of the appellant, the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal and accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the same. Hence, permission is granted to withdraw the second appeal.

Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
