DATE : April 02, 2018 Smt U. A. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner has been reinstated in service on 23/11/2015. It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 with regard to payment of backwages are pending before the School Tribunal. In view of the petitioner's reinstatement, nothing survives in this contempt petition which accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
