ORDER

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) The Appellant has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification. Shri S.G. Umap, the Authorized Officer of the appellant is present and is identified by learned counsel Shri Gaidhane.

The instant Appeal is covered under the Government Regulations dated 3rdNovember, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. No Costs.

The Respondents/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court, alongwith accrued interest. The appellant shall deposit the balance decreetal amount, if any, within a period of three months. After depositing the amount by the appellant, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount.
