The review application has been filed on the ground that the reply, in pursuance to the notice under Section 14B (1) (b) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, was dropped in the drop-box and therefore, there was compliance with the requirement.

This position, is not extant, in the original petition, considering which, I do not find any ground to review the order dated 01/06/2022. The misc. civil application is therefore dismissed. No order as to costs.
