The learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that Petitioner is not in contact with her. She seeks two weeks' time to make further attempt to take instructions whether the Petitioner is interested in prosecuting the Petition. Time is granted as prayed for.

List the Petition on 24th October, 2024."

2] The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that contact could not be established with the petitioner. She further submits that local Counsel has assured to have contact with the petitioner.

3] The petitioner shall, on or before 14/11/2024, file a pursis on record disclosing therein, whether contact has been or has been not established with the petitioner and further whether the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the petition. If pursis is not filed by 14/11/2024, the petition shall stand dismissed for

4] If pursis is filed, list in the week commencing from 25/11/2024.
