O R D E R

(Dated : 08/09/2018) Both the parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H".

The instant Appeal is covered under the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal.

The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of Form 'H', however, with a direction to deposit the total amount of compensation within ninety days in the reference Court, if it is not deposited. The Claimant/Respondent No.1 shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation. In case the amount was already deposited, alongwith accrued interest.
