The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent University for Academic year 2020-2021.

It is submitted that in the present writ petition, interim relief was granted to the petitioner to take admissions for the Academic year 2019-2020, but by order dated

Order 21 wp 3769-19 21/07/2020, the University has now restrained the petitioner from admitting students for the Academic year 2020-2021, which is a fresh cause of action.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21/07/2020 issued by the respondent University, pertaining to the Academic year 2020-2021.
