This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal.

There is a delay of 78 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.11.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur, District Amravati in Sessions Case No.147/2019 thereby convicting the appellant and sentencing him to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 months for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Having gone through the application and the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, we are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been stated in the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

The appeal be registered.

The application stands disposed of.
