Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application since the trial is already being conducted. However, though there was earlier order to complete the trial within six months, Mr. Vakil, learned counsel states that the trial has not yet completed.

In view of above, following order is passed

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.429/2015 is not entertained and the trial Judge is directed to dispose of the trial keeping in view the earlier order at the earliest.
