Heard.
2.
It appears that there is a clerical error which has cropped up in paragraph No.2 of order dated 07/10/2020. When the fact is that the petitioner was earlier released on furlough for 28 days, what has been written in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 07/10/2020, is that the petitioner was earlier released on emergency parole for 28 days. This is a clerical mistake and it is necessary that it is corrected forthwith. 2.
Accordingly we direct that the words "emergency parole" appearing in line No.5 of paragraph No.2 and also the words "emergency parole" appearing in line No.10 of paragraph No.2, be substituted by the words "furlough" immediately.
3.
The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE J. Pethe
