DATE : 15.09.2015 By this petition, the petitioners, who are desirous of seeking promotion to the posts of Kendra Pramukh have sought direction to the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli to consider the proposal of the petitioners for promotion to the posts of Kendra Pramukh.

The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has tendered a pursis in the Court today. It is stated in the pursis that as per the direction of the Director of Education (Primary), the respondent nos.1 and 2 are considering the proposal of all the primary teachers, eligible for promotion to the post of Kendra Pramukh, which includes the petitioners and the proposal would be decided within a reasonable time. It is stated that the proposal

1509wp3928.15.odt of the petitioners would be decided within a period of six weeks. Accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, which will be binding on the respondent nos.1 and 2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
