The petition is disposed of as such. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy to challenge the final order passed by the Divisional Commissioner Amravati-Respondent No.1.

The Writ Petition No. 3039/2021 stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
