The First Appeal came to be disposed of on 25/11/2022. The learned counsel for the appellants has placed on record the calculations. The applicant is accepting the same. Thus, the total amount payable is Rs. 8,49,513/- along with accrued interest and amount of Rs. 1,28,932/- along with accrued interest thereon is required to be refunded to the appellant - V.I.D.C. As such, Pursis (St.) No. 07/2023 is taken on record. 3.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount.
