Civil Application Stamp No.4914/2010. As Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.4914/2010 was dismissed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) by the order dated 05-7-2011 for not supplying the correct address of the respondent and for the reasons stated in the application, the Misc. Civil Application No.1000/2014 is allowed. The Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.4914/2010 is restored.

For the reasons stated in the application, the miscellaneous civil application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 19-1-2010 is set aside.

The appellant shall take appropriate steps within four weeks from today to serve the respondent. If the steps are not taken within four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs quantified at Rs.2000./-.
