Under Section 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 there is a remedy of filing revision or appeal available to petitioners to challenge the grievance. Apart from this, petitioners also have a remedy to file Civil Suit, since the disputed questions of facts are involved, we are not inclined to adjudicate upon it.

Petitioners are at liberty to avail all such remedies available to them. Writ Petition is disposed

However, for a period of 8 days, the notice of removal of encroachment dated 19.06.2019, shall not be given effect to. In the meantime petitioners can approach the authorities concerned.
