Shri Ashirgade, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by mentioning this petition has submitted that in pursuance to the notice issued to respondent nos.1 to 3, they have located petitioner's son Vinod Narsing Pawar and he is produced before Court. The petitioner is present in the Court. Similarly, respondent no.1 through Police Station, Pusad. has produced Vinod Narsing Pawar. According to Police report, Vinod was found in the custody of respondent nos.4 and 5 at Pusad. Vinod is given in the custody of petitioner being his biological father.

Since prayer in this petition is to issue direction to respondents to produce petitioner's son, who is accordingly produced and handed over to petitioner,

0406wp438.19 2/2 nothing remains in the petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly reserving liberty in favour of petitioner to take necessary steps against respondent nos.4 and 5, as available under law, if so advised.

Similarly, respondent nos.1 to 3 to investigate offence, if any already registered on the basis of report lodged by petitioner and proceed according to law.
