st JUNE, 2023 The present application is filed by respondent nos. 1 to 5A/ applicants for disbursement of amount in the name of respondent no. 4 who is Power of Attorney Holder for other applicants/claimants. 2.

There is already order passed by this Court on 14/12/2022 granting permission to the present applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 5A to withdraw 25% of the amount of deposit made by the appellants, on usual undertaking. The respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 5A have executed the Special Power of Attorney in favour of respondent no. 4 - Arun Anandrao Tone. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
