This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal.

2.

There is a delay of 11 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 21.02.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-9, Nagpur in Sessions Case No.81/2021 thereby convicting the appellant and sentencing him to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 6 months for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the application and the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, we are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been stated in the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

The appeal be registered.

The application stands disposed of.
