DATED : 01-07-2016 The prayer for grant of early hearing is made on the ground that the post in which the respondent No.1 is to be appointed is not available on the establishment of the petitioners. The petitioners were not granted interim order when notice was issued on 08-08-2014. When the petition was taken up for hearing on admission and interim orders on 24-03-2015, prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for grant of interim order is rejected after hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners.

The prayer for grant of early hearing of the petition cannot be granted as the petitions of earlier years are pending.

The civil application is rejected.
