Bail is sought on the principle of parity.
Co-accused Mahesh Barwat is released on bail by this court by order dated 18.06.2018 in Criminal Application (BA) 467/2018.
The role of the applicant cannot be distinguished from the role of Mahesh Barwat, who is released on bail. The application is allowed.
The applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.
The applicant shall report Police Station Frezarpura, Amravati on Saturday once in a month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of Amravati City till the conclusion of the trial except to attend the court hearing.
