This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw the amount since First Appeal No.399 of 2002 is already disposed of, which appeal had arisen from Claim Petition No.76 of 1994 pursuant to Judgment and Award dt.4.4.1995. Permission is granted. The application is allowed.

Respondent nos. 1 to 4 are allowed to withdraw the amount under the Award with interest accrued thereon, if any.
