CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.
DATED : JUNE 25, 2019.
In this petition ad-interim order restraining the present petitioners from discontinuing the respondent/ employee on the ground of attaining the age of superannuation, is challenged.
The learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that hearing on application (Exh.U-2) is over and the matter is closed for orders on that application and it is fixed on 26th June 2019.
In these facts, I see no reason to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction to examine the legality of the adinterim order. The writ petition is disposed. No costs.
