Since this Court was not inclined to entertain the application, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with a request that the trial be expedited.

The request is reasonable. The applicant who is 19 years old is in custody since 10.5.2017.

The learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial expeditiously.

If there is no significant development or progress in the trial in the next six months, the applicant shall be entitled to move for bail.
