The learned A.P.P. submitted that the matter is fixed for framing of charge against the accused. The order passed by this Court on 22nd June, 2017 is also pointed out by which the earlier application filed by the applicant seeking directions against the non-applicant to release him on bail was rejected.

Though the learned advocate for the applicant submits that there are subsequent events which are required to be considered for entertaining the present application, considering the fact that the matter is at the stage of framing of charge, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application, at this stage.

The application is dismissed. However, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within six months.

The Investigating Agency shall take all possible steps for expeditious completion of the trial. JUDGE RRaut..
