According to learned counsel for petitioner, Waqf Suit No 27/2025 is pending before the Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal, Aurangabad. He submits that his grievance would be redressed if the learned Tribunal is directed to decide an application for injunction and stay, which he would be filing/pressing.

In that view of the matter, we direct that application shall be decided by the learned Tribunal, within three weeks, from the date of production of this order before it. The petition is disposed of, accordingly. 4.
