After hearing for some time when the Court was not inclined to interfere in the petition, in light of the withdrawal of the complaint ULP No. 13/2018, by the petitioner on 01/09/2021 (page No. 41), Mr. Ingole, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail any other remedy, which may be permissible in law.
