In response to order dated 16.07.2024, the learned A.P.P. submits that investigation in Crime No.274/2024 registered with Dhantoli Police Station, Nagpur is complete, and as it is found that though the incident occurred, there is no evidence, "A" summary has been filed.

In that view of the matter, the request of the petitioner to direct the investigating agency to conduct the investigation properly and to recovery the money, is Rgd.

Order 3107wp460.25 rendered infructuous.

The petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to the remedy as may be available to him in law. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.

Fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified and paid as per Rules.
