By way of this application, the applicant-wife is seeking amendment in her application for transfer under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned counsel for the applicant restricted the prayer only to the extent of correction of name of place as "Nagpur" instead of "Ramtek".

Considering the nature of prayer, the applicant is permitted to correct name of place as "Nagpur" instead of "Ramtek" in the application. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

The application stands disposed of.
