DATED : 06-07-2018 The applicant is arrested in Crime 2549/2016 registered with Police Station Wardha City, Wardha for offence punishable under Sections 302, 341 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The role attributed to the applicant in the alleged assault on the deceased Raju Kuril is that he inflicted stick blows.

Similar Role is assigned by the sole eyewitness/ informant to Umesh Wagharhande/co-accused. He is released on bail by this Court by order dated 01-7-2017 in Criminal Application (BA) 577/2017. The submission of the learned Counsel that the applicant is entitled to bail on the principle of parity is well founded. The applicant has no antecedent and has his wife and daughter to take care of.

In this view of the matter and particularly since the co-accused who is assigned a similar role, is released on bail by this Court, the application shall have to allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station Wardha City, Wardha as and when so called upon by the Investigating Officer.
7.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
