O R D E R

(Dated : 3/3/2024) The Appellant has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification.

The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'.

The Respondents/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, in case the amount was already deposited, alongwith accrued interest. The appellant is at liberty to recover the amount deposited in the Court from the owner of offending vehicle. 4.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per Rule. 5.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
