Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner has been issued a validity certificate. It is therefore submitted that the petitioner's grievance does not survive.

Accordingly Writ Petition is disposed of in the light of aforesaid development.

The interim protection granted therefore stands vacated. The respondents are free to proceed in accordance with provision of Section 9A of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965.
