The amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.

In case, if the amendment is not carried out within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If the amendment is carried out within stipulated period, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 25.06.2025, as it is claimed that dues which otherwise should have been released under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, are not released for a long period.
