The petition is not pressed as the petitioner is giving up the caste-claim.

However, the petitioner is willing to approach the respondents for drawing benefit as per the Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022.

3. We permit the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law including that of her claim under protection of Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022. 4.
