Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in connection with crime registered by the non-applicant against him for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.

The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by the Naib-Tahsildar, Saoner that the applicant has produced forged documents alongwith application made by him requesting for domicile certificate in the name of son of the applicant.

The applicant, aged about 35 years, claims to be serving with Indian Army. The applicant has stated that he is not involved in any other crime / offence. This Court has granted interim protection to the applicant by

2 aba374.17 order passed on 20th June, 2017. The non-applicant has not made any complaint that the applicant has not co-operated with the investigating agency.

Considering the facts of the case, the order passed by this Court on 20th June, 2017 granting protection to the applicant is confirmed. The application is allowed accordingly.
