The present application is filed by respondent no. 2 for grant of permission to deposit the amount in compliance of order dated 23/02/2022.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the present appeal has been decided by this Court vide judgment and order dated 23/02/2022, whereby the appeal has been allowed holding that the appellant is entitled for total compensation of Rs. 6,45,000/- with interest @ 7% p.a. from the date of the petition till final realization, and respondent no. 2 to deposit the balance amount within a period of three months. However, there is some delay in receiving the cheque of remaining amount.

In view thereof, applicant/respondent no. 2 is permitted to deposit the cheque of remaining amount 4.

Once the amount is deposited, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the same.

The Registry is directed to allow such withdrawal on verification of bank details.
