Learned Counsel for both the sides make a statement, on instructions, that the order impugned be set aside and the proceedings bearing Scheme Application No.24/15 be relegated back to the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara for decision afresh.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks continuation of the interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 19-10-2020. Learned Counsel for the respondent has reservations about the continuation of this order for any further time.

Since both the parties unanimously state that the proceedings bearing Scheme Application No.24/15 needs to be decided by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara afresh,
2 wp 3110.20.odt and as the order passed by this Court is in operation for a period of four and half years, this Court finds it appropriate to continue this order for a period of three months from today. 4.
Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara to decide the proceedings independently on merits without getting influenced by the interim relief granted by this Court. 5.
Learned Counsel for both the sides makes a statement that both parties would appear before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara on 02.07.2025.

Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara not to issue any fresh notices to the parties. 7.
Petition is disposed of in above terms.
