The caste claim of the petitioner is pending. The challenge is to a communication dated 23.02.2018. By that communication, the Committee has called upon the petitioner to produce some documents.

The petition is filed challenging that communication on 14.05.2018 and after this Court issued notice on 15.05.2018, it is listed today for the first time. 4.

Mrs. K.R. Deshpande, learned AGP for the respondent No. 2 is seeking time.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we see no cause of action presently. We, therefore, dispose of present petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
