This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that the involvement of the applicant is not only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused but also that there is a recovery of counterfeit currency from the present applicant, and from the account statement, it reveals that there is a transaction from whose possession the counterfeit currency notes are recovered. Thus, a prima-facie case is made out against the present applicant, and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
