The present application is filed for issuance of necessary direction to Registry to disburse the amount of compensation in the corrected name of the appellant.

It appears that there is typographical error in surname. Instead of 'Dhoble', it was typed as 'Dobale'. In support of his contention, the learned counsel for the appellant has filed affidavit along with relevant documents i.e. Adhar Card and bank details. As such, necessary correction be made in the appeal memo within a week.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of the appellant/applicant in his corrected name.
